Welcome to Terrasol 133 " Dos Palmas"
Location is everything and this unit is in the PRIME location (front row, with the largest, best-furnished terrace for any one bedroom unit in Terrasol. We are ground floor, so you are able to step directly onto the sand and access either pool (one on each side of our building) within seconds; this also helps when replenishing drinks poolside. Security is not an issue since Solmar Beach has controlled and limited access. However, we do have locking mechanisms on the screen doors which allows you to keep your sliders open so you can enjoy the sound of the ocean at night, as well as a motion-sensor light on the terrace.
Terrasol is situated in the most Prime full-ownership enclave comparable in any resort destination. Whatever brings you to Cabo..... relaxation, fun or entertainment, it can be found while enjoying your stay at our private, friendly and gated-community. It's a vacation home at Land's End where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. This is one of the few places in the world where desert meets ocean and allows you to witness both spectacular sunrises and sunsets in and out of the ocean from either end of our beach. Please note: Terrasol's mandatory taxes/resort fees for all units are not included in our nightly rate-an additional $17.50 USD/night for 1-2 pers, $22.50 USD/nght for 3-4 persons. We also require that you pay for a weekly or end-of-stay cleaning (only $30.00). These fees will be collected by the front desk upon checkout. There are no other fees other than 5.00/day for parking should you rent a vehicle
